I bought a one day travelcard for next Wednesday 28th November but cannot use it due to a change of plans.This is an off-peak ticketallowing travel after 9.30am. It is Zone 1 and 2 for train and tram and valid across the entire bus network in all zones.
I would like £4.00 or a swap for a travelcard for Sunday 25th November.
